このコンテンツについて
This episode wasn’t planned—but life rarely is. A single email this morning pulled me back to 2018, to the middle of the Pacific Ocean, on a yacht I had no business being on.
With no sailing experience, not much swimming confidence, and a head full of doubts, I joined a 70-something New Zealander named Peter Mortimer on a voyage from Vanuatu to Australia. It changed me.
In this unscripted episode, I share what sailing taught me about fear, freedom, and the stories we tell ourselves about what’s "safe." I talk about:
- Doing things before you're ready (because you're never really ready)
- Letting go of the 9-to-5 blueprint and seeing new ways to live
- How less stuff = more freedom
- Money as a tool, not a finish line
- Why control is often an illusion—and that’s okay
This journey helped shape the person I am today. I hope it gives you a nudge to take your own leap, even if you’re not sure where you’ll land.
