    As we move through these chaotic and changing and evolving times - as we birth a new world - we need to remain grounded in our Joy, it is who we are at our essence - but life can be hard and difficult sometimes (or for a long time!), which makes it harder for us to access our Joy!

    It is my mission to help women learn how to reconnect to their Joy and to recognize it as a part of your spiritual practice - so when the going gets tough - you double down on Joy :)

    This episode basically poured out of me, I am deep in the mystery school of alchemy this past year! The title of this episode is one I hope you'll ask yourself regularly because we can be our worst enemy at times and also because every change starts with us!

    This is powerful and freeing - you can change your life and create a life you love.

    In this episode I discuss three simple 'check in' questions to ask yourself, all of them are intended to be rated on a scale of 1 to 10, (1 being least important/terrible and 10 being amazing/completely a priority):

    .1 When you wake up, how excited are you about your day ahead?

    .2 What priority do you make your self-care/self regulation?

    .3 What priority do you make your hopes and dreams?

    If your answers reflect to you that you need to make some changes - there are four areas where you can look in your life to make some improvements:

    1. meditation/mindfulness

    2. exercise/body movement

    3. Rest

    4. Structures within your life (how you delegate, get help/share the load, organize your time, automate, etc)

    If you've been curious about how to start looking for Signs from the universe, or whether you are crazy for thinking you're receiving Signs - this episode is for you! :) And fyi - you aren't crazy.

    This episode is inspired by the book called Signs: The Secret Language of the Universe by Laura Lynne Jackson - highly, highly recommend it!! This is probably my most recommended book by far!

    The universe is constantly talking to us but when we are too stressed or too busy or too distracted in general, we miss it. This episode will give you an introduction into the simplest ways the Universe is communicating with us - through animals and other Signs, you can even request very specific signs and see how long it takes for you to see it! It's a fun thing to play around with and very meaningful when you start to understand the Signs.
