The play addresses community concerns around placing loved ones in nursing homes while also confronting the guilt and cultural taboos that families often feel. Ultimately, it highlights the valuable care provided in nursing homes and the support they offer to families. Many performers had real-life experiences dealing with their loved ones with dementia.
