The throat chakra is the expression, communication chakra, where our words, wisdom, and voice can be heard. It also serves as the translator for the third eye and heart chakras. What you intuitively know and feel must come together to offer insight, compassion and healing. Communication and expression also require active listening. To hear what another is saying without giving advice or judgment. To hear someone, you engage with their share, ask thoughtful questions, and support them in expressing themselves. The throat is where the voice box is located, producing sound, frequency, and vibration. When you are lost on what to say or have challenges expressing information that may hurt someone, put your voice box to good use. Hum, tone, chant, or sing until your throat chakra warms up.
