Robin and Kate have a brief catch up before diving into talking to Tara Dower about her incredible FKT run along the Appalachian Trail in the US. She ran 2,197 miles in 40 days, 18 hours, and 6 minutes, averaging over 50 miles every single day. They talk about her recovery since, her running career before, and the trail itself; for us two Brits it was a source of fascination to learn about sharing the trail with animals that could potentially eat you!
