For nearly a decade I was consumed by debilitating symptoms from ME/CFS, CIRS, chemical sensitivity, SIBO, food intolerances, MCAS, anxiety and more. Despite dedicating all my time and spending a fortune on every diet, supplement, and protocol imaginable, I saw almost no improvement—and even developed new symptoms. It felt like there was zero hope for recovery. Everything changed though when I discovered the incredible power of neuroplasticity and learned how to retrain my brain for health! Within just six months I went from debilitated and homebound to traveling, returning to work, socializing, and eating freely!
