    What Are the Emotions I Like to Feel?
    1. Our Emotions Depend on Our Physiology
    The way you use your body matters.You want to have a physiology that is strong, not just a strong mind.Why?Because we use our body differently depending on our emotions—whether we’re depressed, excited, happy, or joyful.When we’re depressed, we make our body small.When we’re happy, we open up our arms and make our body big, for instance, by embracing someone.
    If you change your body, you change your biochemistry.
    For example:
    Put your fists behind your back.
    Pull your shoulders back.
    Stand tall.
    Doing this will make you feel more confident and open up your heart.Within just 2 minutes:
    Your testosterone increases by more than 20%.
    Your stress hormone decreases by 25%.
    Your risk tolerance increases by more than 33%.
    2. FocusWhatever you focus on, you will feel.If you focus on the worst possible outcome, you’ll feel frightened.Why not focus on a good outcome instead, so you can feel good?Focus = Feelings
    Can your physiology and state affect you?Absolutely.
    If you want to change your life and feel good, change your state of mind, your physiology, and your focus.
    3. The Power of LanguageWords = Meaning = Emotion
    Certain words can change your life.How can you change your focus?Ask better questions.
    Lousy questions give you lousy answers.Better questions create better answers.
    For example:
    Instead of asking, “How can I lose weight?”Ask, “How can I lose weight and enjoy the process?”
    Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?”Ask, “What am I proud of in my life?”
    Whatever you focus on, you’re going to feel.The words you use shape your outcomes.
    Always remember why you’re doing something, even during challenging times.If your why is big enough, you can achieve anything.
    4. Identity Shapes Your ChoicesYou need an identity that shapes your choices.Ask yourself:“Who do I need to be to create the future I want?”
    It all starts with your physiology.A weak body and poor posture will make it much more difficult to succeed.A healthy lifestyle is an absolute must!
    Do you want to trade your health for money?How foolish is that?
    5. The Power of Exercise and GratitudeExercise combined with gratitude can pull you out of depression immediately.This has been scientifically proven by the University of London!

  • The bacteria control our life!!!

    After the new discovering written down from Bestseller Author and Heart surgeon Dr. Steven Gundry (The Longevity Paradox) the bacteria in our gut control our behavior, feelings, thinking and our food…
    1.) 90% of all our cells in our body are not human cells, they are bacteria, virus, fungus, worms… 2.) And 99% of all genes in our body are not human genes…

    Alone this tells us that we are invaded and conquered from bacteria….
    In which state we are that depends on our bacteria in our gut…

    We have inside of our cells bacteria, and the bacteria need the cell as food/home and give as exchange the cell energy…. So more energy we do have in our cells so better and younger we feel.
    The bacteria in our gut are communicating with the bacteria in our cells…And the bacteria in our gut manipulate our habits/feelings…
    How does it work?
    For instance, they took the excrement of obsessive rats and feed it to skinny rats… And the skinny rats became fat… Because the bacteria of the gut had manipulated their feeding habit….
    The gut bacteria of the obsessive rats want more food, they communicate that to the bacteria in the cells, and they determine that the skinny rat eats more…
    If you do have the habit of to be healthy, you do have in the gut healthy bacteria that commands healthy food…
    The next example, there was a Female Marathon runner, and she had severe colon disorder… They put inside her colon the excrement of her cousin… And within a half year, her bowel was healed, and she got fat… Because her cousin was also fat…
    This means this tiny bacteria controlled her behavior.
    The reason is again the obsessive bacteria love white sugar, saturated fats, and they communicated this to the bacteria inside of the cells…
    What is about our feelings?
    They put from depressed mice the gut bacteria in happy mice… and the happy mice got depressed… And they reversed the experiment and given gut bacteria from happy mice to depressed mice … and the depressed mice became happy…
    1930, they have done the same experiment with chronicle depressed people, and 2/3 of the patients got cured.
    What is with longevity?
    They put from young animals the gut bacteria in old animals guts… And the old animal got young… The cells got more youthful, and the life span was increased to 30%. These gut bacteria regenerated our cells…
    Conclusion:
    When we eat unhealthy food, then we have already the harmful bacteria/organism inside of us.
    How to get rid of the harmful bacteria and organism?

    Eat probiotic every day as fermented vegetables or supplements…
    And eat:
    No acid food. No cooked fruits, like Tomato catchup…. No industrially processed food, like white sugar, pasta, dairy products, saturated fats,…No meat, fish, poultry.No grains, no gluten, including Chia seeds.No nightshade plants or lectin: like peanuts, tomatoes, peppers, paprika, eggplant, zucchini, American originated potatoes (sweet potatoes are okay)…No beans or steam cook them.
    Instead eat fruits, vegetables, salad, and few nuts and seeds.

    This diet confirms the rules of the Natural Health Association, who are eating for over 200 years only raw-cost and the lifespan is 25years longer.

  • Models are the most lonely girls

    Do you wonder?
    Women don’t like to be together with women who are much more attractive than themselves! Because they are afraid that the model will pick away their men…
    You go to a party, and the model gets the most attention and you as a normal woman hate that…
    What is with the men?
    Men are afraid to get rejection…
    They put the model on a throne and adore them as a goddess …The men are even so afraid of models that they never will date a model….
    Because they don’t have confidence….
    Me as a shy guy, I had quite a lot of talks with the most beautiful women, models, like 2 Miss Thailand, one is living in my area and is married… Still, I had not the bones to date them… Even they are nice and friendly. Because I was stupid!
    Common, if you can drive a Toyota you can also drive a big Mercedes or BMW!
    There is no difference!
    You can date a model like all the other women. Don’t behave like a creepy guy or a guy with super anxiety… They are normal beings who need a boyfriend…
    Because most of all guys have huge anxiety problems to approach a model… Just go to her and ignore her beauty… She has the same features only in different proportions like all the other women.
    Have compassion for her that she is so lonely…
    Share your love with her and be happy that you can be together with her…

    Easy, wait in front of a model agency for a model. If she is leaving the agency to follow her and try to contact her …. I am new here, do you know where I find a good restaurant,… invite her…
