    The pattern that’s keeping you stuck isn’t your fault — but it is your responsibility.

    In this episode, I share the moment everything shifted for me. Specifically, the moment I stopped blaming my life, my partner, and the world around me… and surrendered to the path of self-authorship instead.

    • What would it look like to own them with love AND an intention to grow?
    • How can I hold all that’s in me with curiosity, honesty, and loving awareness?
