    In this episode, we break down anger in its rawest form:

    A biological stress response to perceived threat or injustice. Far from being something “bad,” anger is actually protective an emotional signal that something isn’t right.

    You’ll learn to recognize the physical and energetic signs of anger, explore anger’s evolutionary purpose to protect boundaries, prompt action, and keep us safe.

    You’ll also discover that anger is often a secondary emotion, sitting on top of more vulnerable feelings like hurt, fear, shame, or disappointment. We’ll explore why we skip over those deeper emotions and how to get curious about what’s really going on underneath.

    Then, we’ll reframe anger as clarifying instead of destructive offering key questions to ask yourself like: “What boundary was crossed?” or “What is this anger trying to protect?” You’ll learn how to channel anger into purposeful action through movement, creativity, honest communication, and boundary setting, aligning it with your values rather than suppressing or exploding.

    Real-life stories illustrate how anger can spark massive life changes or bold new paths, and we’ll wrap up with tools to help you process anger safely like grounding practices, somatic release, and reflective journaling prompts. Ultimately, anger isn’t the enemy it’s a messenger with valuable insight about your needs. When used with intention, it becomes a powerful ally for clarity, growth, and change.
