A significant part of the home buying process is the time allocated or afforded to the buyer to select an inspector (or inspectors) of their choice to come in an check out the home. This independent impartial party and their findings and report are an integral part of the process for the buyers. As of this recording both of the siblings, have active buyers who are just completing their inspections. What better time to discuss: Why this is important and How it assists the buyers and their agents in determining to "Walk Away" because of major hidden defects or to negotaiate with the sellers for some items to be serviced and repaired.
