Kristina Hirschfeld is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with 15 years of clinical experience, primarily at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. During her career, she has supported thousands of patients with complex health conditions, finding it both a humbling and rewarding experience. In addition to her clinical work, she has precepted dietetic interns and taught nutrition and health classes.
Kristina’s personal health journey led her to focus on her own well-being after years of chronic stress and overwhelm began to affect her health. Using a comprehensive approach, she restored herself through diet, movement, sleep, and stress management. This experience gave her deeper insights into preventing others from reaching a similar point of exhaustion.
She launched Wellco Studio, a virtual nutrition and health coaching practice where she works with clients from their homes. Kristina’s approach is holistic, focusing on food as medicine and lifestyle modification. She inspires clients to prioritize their health, helping them thrive rather than just survive.
In her free time, Kristina enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks, cooking, listening to podcasts, and appreciating thoughtful design and a good laugh.

Remy Young, of Belmont, North Carolina, began her classical training at the age of three at the Charlotte School of Ballet under the direction of Gay Porter and Bridget Porter-Young. There, she achieved the highest awards in the Royal Academy of Dance and Cecchetti methods. In 2013, she received awards from Youth America Grand Prix and American Ballet Competition.
Young attended summer programs at the School of American Ballet and American Ballet Theatre. In 2013, she was accepted into the ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School where she trained until joining ABT Studio Company in January 2015.
Young became an apprentice with American Ballet Theatre in January 2016 and joined the corps de ballet in June 2016. She has danced several Corps and Soloist roles with the company, including a Flower Girl in Don Quixote, Moyna in Giselle, one of the Nutcracker’s Sisters in Alexei Ratmansky’s The Nutcracker, the pas de trois and a big swan in Swan Lake, and a featured role in Songs of Bukovina. She created a leading role in Overlook and featured roles in Collage & Creed and Praedicere.

Jamye Phillips is a unique facilitator of healing, she has been described as a spiritual aligner. She began her ascension into the healing arts in 2015 at Healing Hands School in Escondido, CA. After earning her massage therapy certification Jamye went into private practice specializing in transcendental massage and reiki.
During the shutdown Jamye took the opportunity to dive even deeper into energy work and learning/experiencing multiple healing modalities, becoming a relentless student on the healing process, energy work, and the role we as individuals play in it. This prompted her to establish the Center for Aligned Living. She is one of the most passionate people on this topic that you will ever meet and is a true joy to work with. Her services have expanded to spiritual counseling, intuitive readings, and workshops. .
She and her family reside in Southern California. In her spare time she finds peace and freedom in running and being in nature.
