And so, we need yet another ‘wakeup call’ this morning. We need to Press Play on something that ebbs and flows but doesn’t remain.
Church, we are in a moment. A moment where God is not calling us to more comfort, but to more fire. The cry of this generation is not, “Give me a good church experience.” It’s more like, “Is there anything real? Is there anyone burning for God?”
Today’s message, again, is not for the passive Christian. It’s not for the lukewarm. It’s not for the casually interested Christian, “hum ho, show me what you got”
It’s for the hungry.
For the desperate.
For those who know deep down, something is missing — and it’s not more entertainment or more content — it’s more presence. The presence of God is life.
