🌍 How Prayer Influences Nations 🙏
📖 Scriptures: 1 Timothy 2:1-4 | 1 John 5:14-15 | Revelation 17:14
Last Sunday’s sermon reminded us that God is the ultimate authority over all governments—and that as believers, we are called to pray boldly and specifically for good governance in our nation, South Africa, and beyond.
We learned that prayer isn’t just a ritual; it’s a responsibility. When we align our prayers with God’s will, we can intercede for our leaders, knowing that He hears and answers. It’s not about criticizing from the sidelines, but standing in the gap, just as Jesus does for us.
🛡️ Let’s take up the mantle of prayer and declare that good governance is God’s will. May we pray with conviction, knowing that our prayers shape the future of our families, communities, and our beloved South Africa.
Let’s continue to pray, intercede, and believe for a nation where the gospel can flourish. 🙌
