The healing journey has begun. Together, we will call forward a space that is just for you--a sanctuary for your healing. A still point. A place within your subconscious mind where you can exhale, experience a moment of clarity and peace...and remember who you truly are.
You'll be gently guided to explore this place using all of your senses. You'll lay down the foundation of your inner world. And most importantly--you'll begin to feel safe, grounded, and secure inside of your body (your inner temple).
