In this episode, we shed light on the concerns of suicide amongst youth and young adults. Our guest Darianna shares what she witnessed leading up to the tragic crisis of her close friend. She shares how she continues to cope with the loss and how she is navigating the experience. She also shares how her experience made her more attentive to her mental health and how important it is to nurture and protect it. This episode is full of tips and tools on how to integrate the rough and tough times of losing a friend and supporting a friend in crisis.
