You suddenly realize you're asking your team to be present while you're still figuring out how to do the same.

    If you’ve ever felt that tension, this episode is for you. We’re unpacking what it really looks like to lead your team with intention, honesty, and presence in a world where distraction is the norm.

    Because leadership isn’t about perfection. It’s about direction.

    And Philippians 2:3-4 gives us a powerful reminder: Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

    Being fully present is one of the most powerful ways you can reflect Christ’s love and leadership to your team.
