I'm so excited to here and share these space with my big brother Unity. His story is inspiring a gave me so much curiosity and insight not only on the world of music, but of faith and belief system.

For over 20 years now, Unity has been creating, releasing and performing his own art and music full time, as well as curating art exhibits and continuing to grow as an art educator. As a musician, Unity has collaborated with artists such as Dead Prez, Sly Stone, George Clinton, Oscar Brown Jr., and Umar Bin Hassan of The Last Poets to name a few. As a visual artist and curator he has exhibited and featured in publications alongside Jacob Lawrence, Elizabeth Catlett, Hank Willis Thomas, Betye Saar, Samella Lewis and many others.

Al is a Native American and a life-long teacher, counselor, artist, musician and *docent at the State Indian Museum in Sacramento, CA. He also teaches meditation and is a practitioner of Reconnective Healing in the Indigenous Communities. *A docent is a person who is a knowledgeable guide, especially one who conducts visitors through a museum and delivers a commentary on the exhibitions1. Docents are usually volunteers.
