Jimi was always thinking so far ahead and was so natural and matter of fact about the spiritual purpose of music’s power to foster consciousness. He was aware of the divisions between old/young, black/white, uptight or open minded. He proudly lived between all worlds, between all levels of consciousness. In his 27 years, his visionary sense was benevolent and a futurist in terms of seeing music build a higher consciousness. He seemed 270 in terms of awareness, and he was 2700 in terms of wisdom, and who knows where it all came from? I believe he was a gift it takes generations to really understand. Great interview here and one I have not heard before.

Taylor Swift Full Interview - Debut Era, 

American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift has written or co-written every song in her discography, except for several cover versions and two guest features, alongside some songs released by other artists. Swift signed with Sony/ATV Tree publishing house in 2004 to become a professional songwriter. Pursuing a country music career in Nashville, she wrote or co-wrote all 11 tracks on her eponymous debut album, which Big Machine Records in 2006. In 2007, Swift released her first extended play (EP), The Taylor Swift Holiday Collection, which includes four cover versions of Christmas classics and two self-written songs. Beautiful Eyes (2008), Swift's second EP, features alternate versions of songs from her debut album and two new tracks.
