  • 🙌 OBEDIENCE - Submission To God – Bro Beaudry Abbey
    2025/03/31

    🗡🛡 GOD'S WORD -‭‭ ‭‭‭‭‭‭1 Samuel‬ ‭15‬:‭22‬ ‭NLT

“But Samuel replied, “What is more pleasing to the Lord: your burnt offerings and sacrifices or your obedience to his voice? Listen! Obedience is better than sacrifice, and submission is better than offering the fat of rams.”

    SUMMARY

This conversation delves into the themes of submission, authority, and obedience within the context of faith and community. The speakers emphasize the importance of submitting to God's word, the role of authority figures in our lives, and the process of spiritual growth through obedience. They discuss how submission is not just a duty but a pathway to blessings and a deeper relationship with God. The conversation encourages listeners to trust in God's plan and to engage with their community for support and guidance.

⚔️ God’s ideal for you and I is to have a perfect relationship with Him, and our obedience or submission to Him will help that endeavor.

Our humanity does not like the thought of obedience and submission to God or people, but it takes a level of trust in God and His perspective, to do it.

Obedience is pleasing to God, but it is a blessing for us.

Obedience and submission is a form of accountability and protection to God and from God.

God’s leaders don't do everything for us in our relationship with God, but they are there to help us to become more obedient and submitted to Him through Jesus Christ.

It takes time to become more obedient and submitted to God’s Word in every area of our lives.

Sometimes we do even realize that some things in our lives aren't submitted to God until He shows us.

Obedience to God extends beyond to God directly, but to God indirectly, by submitting to all people in all forms of authority, as long as they are not asking us to sin.

God also wants us to be submitted to elders and our peers.

Submission is our choice, and if we don't embrace it, we cannot expect to overcome all the challenges of life, and reach our full potential.

So, let's surrender ourselves to the LORD.

To God even Jesus Christ be the glory forever, amen! 🙌

  • ⭕️ CIRCLES - Embrace The Square Life – Bro. Philip Laurence Thomas
    2025/03/24

    🗡🛡 GOD'S WORD -‭‭ ‭‭‭‭James‬ ‭4‬:‭4‬ ‭NLT‬‬

“You adulterers! Don’t you realize that friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God? I say it again: If you want to be a friend of the world, you make yourself an enemy of God.”

⚔️ As human beings, we don't like being rejected or outcast, because our Heavenly Father made us social creatures, so we need to know where we fit and where we belong.

The problem is that our sinful nature is willing to do just about anything to fit in, be cool, or find a sense of belonging. And, the other problem is that we may be running in sinful circles.

Now we have Jesus Christ and His followers calling people out of the circles of the world to their circle of righteousness, by telling every soul of mankind that will listen, that the circle of the world is sinful and will be judged by God. And, saying that, to fit in and belong to God's circle, is to belong to something far better, greater, higher, or more rewarding than this world's circle.

So, let’s embrace the “Square Life.”

    TAKEAWAYS

We are social creatures and need fellowship.

Belonging to the right circles is crucial for spiritual growth.

Embracing the square life means not fitting into worldly circles.

God calls us out of the world's circles into His kingdom.

Being lukewarm is not acceptable to God.

The Potter shapes us into vessels for His purpose.

We are valuable and precious in God's eyes.

The world is skilled at making bad things look appealing.

Our identity is found in Christ, not in worldly acceptance.

  • 💰 CONTENTMENT - God Should Be Our Treasure – Pastor Michael Zotzman
    2025/03/11

    🗡🛡 GOD'S WORD -‭‭ ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭19‬-‭21‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”

    SUMMARY

This conversation focuses on the theme of contentment from a Christian perspective, emphasizing its importance in spiritual growth and personal development. The speaker discusses scriptural insights on contentment, the challenges faced in achieving it, and the role of godliness in maintaining a contented life. The discussion also highlights the significance of prioritizing God over material desires and the need for a supportive community in fostering spiritual growth.

⚔️ Treasure is what we desire in heart and are willing to sacrifice for.

Our heart is our inner person who will treasure or serve a master.

We may have some treasures in this life, but we should be content/delighted/satisfied/at peace with God being our ultimate treasure, passion, and focus.

We cannot ultimately serve God and something or someone else at the same time.

God is a treasure that can bless us, and so is Satan, but we have to choose which master we will serve.

God is a treasure that can take care of everything we need, even when we don't ask, we just have to seek and desire Him first and most of all.

Jesus Christ is an invaluable gift that God has given to us that we should treasure and be content with, because God gives us all things through Him.

So, let's be content with what a treasure God is in our lives; His Son Jesus Christ, His love, His salvation, His blessings, His righteousness, His correction, His promises, His will, His Word, His protection, His providence, His reward, and His Heaven.

    TAKEAWAYS

Contentment is essential for handling life's challenges.

Contentment does not mean complacency; we should strive to grow.

The love of money can lead to spiritual pitfalls.

Understanding our needs versus wants is crucial for contentment.

Being fully persuaded in faith helps maintain contentment.

  • 😖 KINGDOM STRUGGLES - God's Mercies, Strength, Integrity, and Renewal – Bro. Tony Garcia
    2025/02/23

    🗡🛡 GOD'S WORD -‭‭ ‭‭‭‭‭‭Lamentations‬ ‭3‬:‭22‬-‭23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, Because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: Great is thy faithfulness.”

    SUMMARY

In this conversation, Brother Tony Garcia discusses the importance of community, integrity, and God's mercy in the lives of men striving to live a Christian life. He emphasizes that while struggles are inevitable, God's mercy is always available to lift us up and restore us. The discussion includes practical steps for spiritual growth, the significance of living with integrity, and the need for daily connection with God. The overarching theme is that despite the challenges faced, men can find strength and renewal through faith and community support.

⚔️ We can extend ourselves in service or grow weary in God's kingdom, but God is faithful to help us with mercy, strength, integrity, and renewal.

If we fail in the struggle, God's mercy gives us the opportunity to get up and try again.

Integrity is God's faithfulness, and it is doing right by God no matter how we feel or who sees us.

We must work out spiritually by our devotions to God, so that we can handle more of His kingdom struggles.

Jesus Christ represents All that we need from God.

We may lose some spiritual battles, but we can still win the war of eternal life, through Jesus Christ.

  • 😊 LOVE - Now Is God Glorified In Me – Pastor Michael Zotzman
    2025/02/17

    🗡🛡 GOD'S WORD -‭‭ ‭‭John‬ ‭13‬:‭31‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Therefore, when he was gone out, Jesus said, Now is the Son of man glorified, and God is glorified in him.”

    SUMMARY

In this conversation, Pastor Michael Zotzman explores the themes of abiding in Christ, the importance of love and forgiveness, and how these elements contribute to bearing fruit in a Christian's life. He emphasizes that true discipleship is demonstrated through love, especially in difficult circumstances, and discusses the parable of the unforgiving servant to illustrate the necessity of extending forgiveness.

⚔️ God is the “King of Glory”, but is He glorified or honored in us?

Jesus Christ is the brightness of God's glory.

God's glory represents all that He is, and part of His glory is love, for God is love. And, if we show no love, even to the hard-to-love, can we say that we are of God?

God wants the world to see His glory in us through the power of Jesus Christ. This is the “Calling Card” of a real Christian.

God's glory shines the brightest in dark, challenging, and troubled times.

God's glory is compelling and this is what He uses to draw all humanity to Himself.

Seeing Heaven's point of view is faith. God will help us to see all things from His point of view, through various ways, so that we will understand it and not fight it.
