サマリー
あらすじ・解説
An immersive travel, adventure and music creation podcast.
We seek out the world's most unique soundscapes, investigate their cultural significance, and partner with artists to transform them into new music.
Scattered around the world, hidden acoustic gems have been shaping communities forever. These unique sounds, born in the intersection of humankind and nature, are often overlooked by today’s visually overstimulated society.
Whether it’s the water-made melodies of the Zadar Sea Organ, or the chakra notes of the Integratron sound bath in Joshua Tree, these soundscapes connect people to their environment from multiple perspectives: natural, social, historical, and spiritual.
Once Upon a Sound is a travel and adventure podcast led by our Sound Hunters (aka hosts) who go on exciting adventures to capture these unique sounds, untangle their mysteries with local communities, and tell the story to a global audience.
We also partner with artists who have strong ties to these soundscapes to transform the recordings into new songs reflecting our entire voyage.
This is the first episode of an innovative and transformative podcast currently in development. If you would like to learn more, please contact us at onceuponasoundcast@gmail.com or at +14242089075.
