Jesus's kingdom is not of this world, but it is being established right now in you and me. If He is calling you to believe in Him, surrender to Him fully. On this Palm Sunday, Pastor Ben points us toward Jesus's attitude toward earthly authority in John 18:28-19:16 and shows us how that attitude reveals His heavenly kingship.

This week, Pastor Ben teaches us how Jesus uses our own weaknesses to show us our need for a savior, as He did for Peter in John 18:12-27. Even in the midst of our failure, He still looks at us not with anger or disappointment, but with love.

1. Jesus accepted the cup of suffering while we avoid it. (v12-16)
2. Jesus protected us when we didn't know we needed it. (v17-23)
3. Jesus endured the persecution that we could not. (v24-27)

As Jesus was sovereign over the trial he faced in the Garden of Gethsemane, he is also sovereign over every trial we face. As these trials "sift us like wheat", the seed that is produced is to be used for a purpose according to God's will.

1. Jesus has a plan when we're facing a trial. (v1-3)
2. Jesus has a plan when we are under attack. (v4-9)
3. Jesus has a plan when we fail. (v10-11)

Do you have people praying for you? Pastor Ben walks us through Jesus's prayer for each of us in John 17:1-26.

1. Jesus is praying for you to know the father. (v1-5)
2. Jesus is praying for you to know the son. (v6-12)
3. Jesus is praying for your witness in the world. (v13-19)
4. Jesus is praying for you to experience God. (v20-26)

This week, Pastor Nate shows us that we need to keep our faith in Jesus as the first priority in our daily lives. Anything that becomes more important to us than God is an idol.

1. Seek the approval of God, not man. (Matt. 6:24)
2. Follow the example of Jesus. (1 Peter 2:21-25)
3. Keep Jesus first. (Matt. 6:33)

John 5:1-18

Pastor Ben shows us how Jesus used the desperation of the official to deepen his faith in John 4:43-54.

1. Belief is not curiosity. (v43-45)
2. Belief is not feelings. (v46-49)
3. Belief is a life of growing faith. (v50-54)

"Our spiritual lives are intended to be personal but never private." This week Pastor Ben is back to teach from John 4:27-42. The Samaritans' response to Jesus's teaching exemplifies our witness to the people God has placed in our lives.
