About Our Guest:

Dr. Frank Marghella is a native of Massapequa, New York, and attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, graduating in 2006. Dr. Marghella enjoys working out, watching sporting events, traveling, playing fantasy football, swimming, boating, playing Mario Kart, and playing outside with his kids. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Jaima, for 14 years and has two lovely daughters, Gianna and Everlee. He moved to Nashville right after graduating chiropractic school in 2006 and currently resides in Nolensville, TN.

About Ideal Health and Wellness Center:

Dr. Marghella first experienced chiropractic as a teenager when he had back and knee injuries playing high school football. He had a great experience and was able to heal from his injuries and improve his overall health. He was impressed with how quickly chiropractic adjustments worked on his injuries and that he was able to heal without taking any medication. He knew when he was in high school this was the profession he wanted to make his career so he could help others restore their health and proudly serve his community in the healthcare profession. When Dr. Marghella opened Ideal Health and Wellness Center, he wanted a place where people could go to reach their true health potential.

“By combining chiropractic, LED fat loss Lipo-Laser technology, Spinal Decompression, K-Laser for soft tissue injuires, and the Chirothin Weight Loss program, we have the elements necessary to help people with any and all health issues”, says Dr. Marghella. “My goal was to create a practice that is an overall wellness center, essentially a one-stop shop for all your health needs. Ideal Health and Wellness Center does just that and more!”
