She gives businesses some tips (spoiler alert: you don't have to change so much as be aware), and reminds us all that culture and diversity are about much more than race and language.
"My Story Weaves Our Story" is an ongoing series reflecting the unique experiences, perspectives and viewpoints of our neighbors. This series will serve as a space for people from the minority groups within our community to make their voices heard and to give others the opportunity to learn from their perspectives.
