    Vulnerability is the most honest thing we can offer another human, but it often feels dangerous. I share a personal story about learning to be vulnerable in intimate relationships and how hiding only created disconnection. The turning point was choosing to let someone see me anyway, and realising that intimacy comes from being real not flawless.


    We explore why we're taught to be liked rathet than authentic and why vulnerability is brave as you choose truth over safety.

  • I Honour Myself And Others - The Art Of Balanced Compassion

    When I truly honour myself and others I stop expecting perfection and start seeking understanding. In this episode, I explore why we are not here to get it all right, we are here to get it real, reflect and grow.
