Today we welcome to the podcast NorCal native Molly Rose, currently on tour with American rapper and country artist Upchurch. Molly shares her inspiring journey to Nashville, revealing her early love for country music and the pressures she faced as a young drummer. Molly recounts her experience at the Musicians Institute in LA, and how by simply trying something new during the pandemic would lead her to social media stardom, now having amassed over 4.2M likes on TikTok and over 100K followers on both Instagram and YouTube.

Molly recalls her time on the 'Hit Like a Girl' competition and most recently the TV show 'Banded', the challenges and triumphs of being a young drummer in Nashville, and shares practical advice for aspiring musicians, including the importance of building authentic relationships in the industry.
