    Abundance is not just about material wealth—it's a mindset and a daily practice. In this episode, Coaches Stacy and Wayne discuss how to cultivate abundance by shifting perspectives and embracing gratitude.

    Your coaches define abundance as the absence of lack, the removal of the scarcity mindset and the belief that you already have everything you need to succeed, which enables you to give to others (3:56). Abundance, includes abundance of the mind, health, and love (7:43).

    Wayne emphasizes that gratitude leaves no room for complaints of lack and connects abundance to generosity—not just giving but also learning to receive graciously (9:44). Stacy reminds us that rejecting compliments can block others from expressing generosity and gratitude (11:48).
