    To kick off the year, David Dungay was joined by Tom Arbuthnot of Empowering.Cloud, and Graham Walsh from Neat to explore the latest news from the Teams ecosystem.

    This discussion sheds light on the latest updates that enhanced Microsoft Teams' functionality, customer engagement tools, and AI-driven capabilities. Here's what you'll discover:

    Copilot Updates:

    • Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, with agents, coming in January
    • The Microsoft 365 app (desktop and mobile) will also be named "Microsoft 365 Copilot"
    • Microsoft Copilot extending to Teams and Outlook
    • New Pay-as-you-go billing model for Agents in SharePoint alongside Copilot Studio now has a Pay-As-You-Go experience
    • Promotional access to Agents in SharePoint
    • During a promotional trial period running from January 6, 2025, through June 30, 2025, organizations with 50 or more Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses will automatically receive 10,000 additional queries per month for agents in SharePoint, giving users without Copilot licenses access to create and use agents.
