In this episode, I speak with counseling master student, Sam Pindur. Sam is currently working in the inpatient psychiatric hospital setting and earning her master's degree on the side. The current health care system in the U.S. is very broken. Profit, liability, and insurance checklists come far before patient care. In order to make changes in the industry, people must be willing to stand up and speak about the injustices that are occurring. In this episode, Sam and I do just that. We also throw in some mental health resources, life coaching, and conversation about tyrannical workplaces.
