This strange 90s anime takes the Blue Bomber on a wild ride through Japan with really fantastic animation, and great battle scenes that look fantastic in a trailer! That got us pumped! But then it's got a goofy edutainment PSA vibe going throughout the whole Rockman and Dr. Wily conflict that stops all the time to teach kids about Japanese culture, holidays, and geography. While it still is delivering that retro Mega Man action we love. It's an interesting choice style to say the least. Especially with Rush the Dog always asking goofy questions about how America and Japan are different while they are mid action. But at least all the classic characters are there, including Roll, Proto Man, and Dr. Light. Then it's also a promo similar to the movie The Wizard but for the NES model 2 with the dogbone controller and Mega Man 5.
