    And red tantra, white tantra is using that sexual sacred energy without, uh, sexual coupling of any sort. And then red tantra is using the coupling. So you can use it either way. You can bring this energy. Now you gotta remember the sexual energies from your second chakra, and that is your creative energy. And the creative energy is what you draw with what you paint, with what you get ideas for your business. Um, all those creative things come from that energy. So if you're stifling your sexual energy, which is your creative energy, you're stifling that too. So what I am advocating here is to be able to let this flow totally flow in, um, in all aspects of yourself. So what we're looking at is using the sexual energy, the sacredness. Well, I I tell people I'm here to take sex from under the rug where we stuff everything else and put it back on the altar where it belongs.
