And guess what? IT WORKS!!
In this reflection on a week of dream journaling including a how to start your own dream journaling process, THE SOULFAM PODCAST affirms the magic of annotating and documenting your sleep state and the dreams that eminate during them. That alone opens a whole new sense of consciousness. Dream journaling puts you in touch with your own manifestation powers -- something you inherently possess. It also gives you the clarity needed to understand issues, situations, relationships or even opportunities in your life. At least that's the experience of THE SOULFAM PODCAST in part 2 of Lucid Dream Journal testing. Advised by Haylee the Lucid Mystic, true lucid dreaming takes time and skill potentially. Ask a question you seek the answer to just before you fall asleep 3. Write down your dreams or jot some notes as soon as you wake up, even if it's just a couple scribbles in the middle of the night. 4. Add more details during the day, as you recall your dreams. BE SURE TO ADD HOW YOUR FELT DURING THE DREAM...this is the most powerful aspect of lucid dream journaling. 5. Make an entry in your journal every day, even if you feel didn't dream. Be sure note how you felt during the day while you were awake. THEN LET THE MAGIC UNFOLD!! Hopefully you'll find the answers you're looking for in your dreams and through this journey!
