The Anaheim Ducks have gotten off to another miserable start to the season, and there are some players that have had rougher starts than others. Jason Hernandez points out a few of the players that haven't performed to their best abilities. The Ducks' new captain, Radko Gudas, just came off a magical run to the gold medal during the off-season, but he's now found himself leading the team in giveaways and has been mostly ineffective to begin the campaign. Also, special teams has been a massive problem for the Ducks despite taking far fewer penalties this season. The Anaheim Ducks celebrated Dia de los Muertos night with a loud thud leaving the fans booing at times despite one of their best efforts of the season, and Cutter Gauthier is still snake-bitten in this young season. The road trip is finally over, and the Anaheim Ducks seemed to play worse as the trip wore on. Paradoxically, the results actually got better for the team despite the overall play getting worse; what is going on there?
