Ben Johnson hit all the right notes in his first press conference as Chicago Bears head coach.

He still needs to prove he can back up the words with the right actions, but he set the tone for his tenure leading the Bears, with thoughtful answers about developing Caleb Williams, a leadership style and an offensive identity.
