Chip explains how we can actually turn our upsetting circumstances back to God and experience His supernatural peace.

    The Promise = the Why:

    1. Peace and anxiety cannot COEXIST.
    2. Anxiety and biblical prayer cannot COEXIST.

Summary: Biblical PRAYER is God’s antidote to anxiety.

This week, every time you feel anxious, remember the following word picture:

    • When ANXIETY pounds at the door of your heart, let PRAYER answer it as you RUN into your Father’s arms!

  • I Choose Peace - In Anxious Moments, Part 1

When life gets hard, really hard, we have two options. We can become consumed with worry, which is what most people do, OR we can trust God, who tells us not to worry or be anxious. Chip shares that even though that sounds nearly impossible, God has promised to help us do just that.

  • I Choose Peace - In Relational Conflict, Part 1
    2025/07/07

Jesus said, “My peace I leave with you.” Very likely, when we pray, peace is often what we ask for - peace in the world, peace at home, and maybe most of all, peace in our relationships - but what did Jesus mean when He said His peace? And how could that make a difference in our problem relationships today? If you or someone you know is struggling with a difficult relationship, this message is for you.

  • Beauty from Ashes: A Story of God's Goodness
    2025/07/04

Do you believe that God is good? That He really has your best interests in mind? In this special message guest speaker, Ryan Ingram, addresses this vital topic as he interviews his mom Theresa. She shares her inspiring testimony of becoming a Christian, and how she navigated through painful circumstances by trusting in the unfailing goodness of God.

    Main Points

    From Despair to Deliverance:

Theresa's early life was marked by loneliness and a dysfunctional family. Her dreams were shattered when her husband abandoned her and their twin infant sons. Feeling "left with nothing," she found hope through a godly boss and, at 25, accepted Jesus as her Savior.

Finding Refuge and Intimacy in Christ:

Supported by others, Theresa learned to love God's Word and prayer. She experienced God's consistent presence through unexpected help and answered prayers, including her marriage to Chip. Ryan highlights his mother's deep devotion to prayer, an intimacy born from desperation. Theresa's life serves as a testament to Romans 8:28, proving that God works all things for good.

  • The Longing for Home, Part 1
    2025/07/02

C.S. Lewis once wrote, “If I find in myself desires, which nothing in this world can satisfy, the only logical explanation is I was made for another world.” Ryan Ingram explains why everyone has a longing and restlessness for something more. Join him in Genesis chapter 2 as he describes the perfect environment God created for Adam and Eve and why, since sin entered the world, our hearts ache to be reunited with our Creator.

  • I Choose Hope - Knowing Hope
    2025/07/01

As Chip wraps up this series, he tells us that far beyond a glimmer of hope, or a fleeting season of hope, it's possible to KNOW hope - that hope can be so secure and certain in your soul that others will say, "What happen to you!?" - in a very good way!

Introduction: The message of Jesus is hope

    -- 2 Corinthians 5:19

    • You have been forgiven
    • You are wanted
    • You are completely understood
    • You have a gift

The big question: Where’s your hope today?

    2 Sources of hope --- Philippians 3:17-21

Paul’s Plea: Choose the hope that delivers life

    • The Command: You must “LIVE OUT” your hope every day.- Philippians 3:17
    • Reason #1: Because “false hopes” deliver TRAGEDY.- Philippians 3:18-19
    • Reason #2: Because “true hope” delivers TRANSFORMATION.- Philippians 3:20-21
