We had great fun interviewing Rachel and learning about how she has gone from Receptionist at a local Gym to starting out on her own and how she over come the challenges as a new start up.
Rachel had very little to no footfall coming to her studio at the start so she put a plan in action and it's paid dividends and now The Shed Health Club was awarded as Scotland's Independent  health club of the year 2021 and has a huge following of members with classes for all ages.
