I’m finally back, after more than a year, with Life Lessons by Romy Dya. In this episode, I share why I “disappeared” and what led me to step away for so long. From chasing a dream in LA and losing everything to dealing with my parents’ divorce, struggling with money, and feeling totally lost in the Netherlands—I’ve been through a lot. But the biggest lesson I’ve learned through it all is that control is an illusion. True peace comes from surrendering and trusting that life is always guiding you where you need to be. This episode is about resilience, self-trust, and how, even when things feel impossible, you can always find your way back to yourself.
