We both have our stuff and in this episode we talk about what some of that looks like. Champ has Cerebral Palsy and I aka Honey have Multiple Sclerosis. Grief we have come to learn can come in so many forms. We have both experienced grief from the loss of people we loved. The loss of your health, changes in life can cause us to experience grief.
