Let’s Run That Again

著者: Heidi Baker
  • サマリー

  • None of us run ultras because we want the “easy button,” but at the same time we sometimes face them with unrealistic expectations. Heidi Baker and Michelle Goldberg are both experienced ultrarunners and UESCA Certified ultrarunning coaches who want to help you unpack and understand the race that didn’t go quite as planned, and show you how they are opportunities for growth, learning and resilience building. Bringing in guests of all running and experience levels, we want to encourage you to embrace the challenges, welcome the mistakes, and thrive in the struggles.

  • Episode 19: Charlotte Corriher and Stepping Outside of Comfort Zones
    2024/12/05

You may know her as Marathon Costume Chic, and even if you don't follow her you have likely seen Charlotte Corriher at a race- she has completed almost 300 marathon or greater distance races, and over 100 ultramarathons. The best part is she does each one in costume! While no one would look at her Ultrasignup profile and think she takes the easy route at ALL, Charlotte struggles with a fear of DNFs and tends to sign up for races she knows she can finish. We talk about this and about her goals to step out of her comfort zone in 2025.
