  • “You don’t expect lightning to hit twice”- Pesi Gordon

    Pesi Gordon, wife of Naftali Gordon never imagined losing her sister and her husband. Pesi’s sister Malki was killed in 2001 in a bombing attack in Jerusalem and her husband Naftali, was killed in battle in Gaza on December 7th 2023 at the age of 32. She discussed her amazing relationship with these two individuals - something that was almost too good to be true and the solace she finds in faith, appreciating that there is more to life than living and dying.     Senai and Yosef Guedalia had just celebrated their first wedding anniversary. Yosef, 22 years old, was approaching the end of his army service which he had optionally extended. Life for Senai and Yosef was only just getting started when the unimaginable became a reality. On October 7th 2023, Yosef was killed saving the lives of others in Kfar Aza.
