Ja'Mel Ashely Ware is a visionary leader known for his impact as an entertainer, entrepreneur, and educator. Beginning as an HIV advocate at age 7, Ja’Mel has passionately championed HIV awareness, reproductive health, and entrepreneurship within the LGBQ and Trans community. He holds a degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is pursuing an MBA at Emory University. As founder of The IR Agency, Ja’Mel merges business acumen with social responsibility, empowering organizations to embrace diversity and inclusivity. His work has earned numerous accolades, and he is the proud father of Sea Cannon and Heir Enéz.
