But our value often goes unrecognised, and we are too often short-changed by outdated funding strategies.
Our new campaign might be about thinking local, but we're encouraging key decision makers to think national as part of a new conversation about how to work more effectively with the third sector.
Keep The Beat Alive has been co-produced by a range of organisations across South Lanarkshire and features the advice, expertise and passion of people working, volunteering and being supported across our vibrant communities.
The message is clear, the sector is in peril. Things have to change
