    American Red Cross Volunteers Vesta Sung and her daughter, Nathalie Sung, stepped-up when a deadly wildfire erupted during their vacation in Hawaii. Working as leaders while volunteering, they helped feed and shelter around 1,200 evacuees! Vesta later used her emergency response experience to help when Los Angeles County was hit with similar fires in January of 2025.
