    This week on On The Record with Randy Beamer, James Nortey, CEO of SAGE (San Antonio for Growth on the Eastside), discusses the ongoing growth on San Antonio's East Side. He discusses a recently-awarded $2M grant aimed at fostering long-term economic growth, improving public health, and enhancing mobility in the area.

    Krystal Jones, Director of the City of San Antonio's Arts & Culture Department, shares the economic impact of the film commission and how San Antonio earned a spot on MovieMaker Magazine’s list of "Best Places to Live and Work as a Moviemaker."

    On the Reporter’s Roundtable, SA Express News, Sara DiNatale, Staff Writer, reports on Texas GOP bills taking aim at wind, solar and battery storage sites.

  • Texas Talk with Nora Lopez | TX Rep. Gene Wu

    Texas State Rep. Gene Wu, of Houston was just recently-elected chair of the Texas House Democratic Caucus. Representative Wu, a former Harris County prosecutor, has served in the House since 2013, representing a slice of Houston’s west side. He has been a vocal critic of the GOP, particularly on social media, where he frequently spars with GOP state leaders.
