In my musings this week, the word just came up and it got me thinking (and feeling) through what this word means to me... How I was using it to stay small, unobtrusive and inoffensive and now how its almost disappeared entirely from my vocabulary. I'm not perfect, i catch myself using it occasionally and often ill rephrase and be more impactful without it.....
