  • Missing Persons
    2025/03/18

    In this episode we are discussing two current cases regarding missing persons. The first involves a 14 year old girl, Enci “Aubrey” Wu, who snuck out of her parents' home and has not been seen since January 10, 2025. The police have very few leads.

    In the second case, a 20 year old college student, Sudiksha Konaski, went missing when she was on spring break in Punta Cana. After a night of drinking, she went swimming with a man she met and she has not been seen since. The police have been questioning the man and investigating his story.

  • Parental Liability for Children's Acts
    2024/09/24

    In this episode we are discussing two cases regarding whether parents should be charged with crimes because of their child’s actions. The first involves a high-speed car crash in Michigan where a 16-year-old was driving over 100 mph in a residential zone. The driver lost control and crashed into a tree, killing the 18-year-old passenger. The passenger’s parents are pushing for authorities to charge the mother of the driver. In the second case the father of a 14-year-old boy accused of fatally shooting four people at a Georgia high school was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter for letting his son possess a weapon.
