  • Stunt Driving Specialist | Jef Groff - Episode 0005
    2025/05/31

Jef Groff has risked it all in some of Hollywood’s biggest blockbusters: Fast & Furious, Marvel Films, Spy, Sons of Anarchy, and more. He’s driven, crashed, and flown through fire on camera. He’s been punched by Katy Perry. He’s been set on fire over 2,000 times performing in Universal Studios’ "Waterworld" stunt show. But before the explosions and camera rigs, there was a dirt bike, a small town in upstate New York, and a calling to become a youth pastor. In this episode, we dive into the grit, grace, and grind of a life lived full throttle. From faith -> to fatherhood -> to film.

  • Masking | Jon and Dalton - Episode 0003
    2025/04/24

In this introspective episode, Jon and Dalton dive deep into the subtle art of masking; the invisible armor we wear to navigate daily life. From ADHD masking and work personas to childhood influences and cultural expectations, they explore how fear, survival, and social acceptance shape our identities.

The conversation moves between psychology, authenticity, and even fishing, drawing parallels between squeamish moments and the masks we adopt to "blend in."

Through personal stories, humor, and raw honesty, they unpack what it means to truly be yourself and how rare and transformative it is to witness someone in their genuine element.

Whether it's the pressure of a meeting or the freedom of a concert crowd, Jon and Dalton ask: When does the real self come through? And how can we create space for it more often?

This episode invites you to consider what parts of you are truly you.
