Speaking of cocktails, today Ben is drinking a Bronx HooLeeGan while Matthew is drinking a Who? Jung Hoo! Recipes below.
Bronx HooLeeGan- 1 1/2 oz Koala Drum
- 1/2 oz Stiggan’s Fancy Pineapple Rum
- 3/4 oz Apple-Ginger Vodka
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Briefly shake to incorporate. Strain into a highball filled with crushed ice.
Who? Jung Hoo!
- 1 oz Soju
- 1/2 oz Vodka (or Gin)
- 1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup
- 2 Dashes of Peach Bitters
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10-12 seconds until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
