    The Limitations of External Authority

Markus and I have often talked about how deeply ingrained authority and hierarchy are in our society — but we feel this doesn’t align with the natural order of the universe, where everyone is equal and fully responsible for their own life. Through our personal journeys, especially when it came to health, we had to step away from relying on external experts who couldn’t provide the answers we needed. Instead, we had to become our own authority, our own teachers. For us, real healing and well-being start with looking within and understanding the root causes ourselves, not handing over that responsibility to others. At the same time, we see how the world is facing massive challenges — from soil destruction to the risks of AI — while so many stay focused on profit and personal gain.

    Rethinking Success and Growth

Together, we’ve come to question what success really means. We see how the constant chase for wealth and status is driven by ego and the need to satisfy individual desires, often at the expense of the planet and all living beings. For us, true growth doesn’t come from external accomplishments or material possessions. It’s about growing vertically — through self-discovery and deepening our understanding of who we really are. We believe that instead of getting lost in building companies or chasing more, it’s far more powerful to be present and connected to what truly matters inside.

The Path to Inner Freedom and Happiness

What we’ve found is that freedom and happiness aren’t things we can find outside of ourselves. They come from simply being, from letting go of attachments and the endless seeking of external things. And when we’re in that space of stillness and presence, it not only transforms us but naturally impacts those around us in a positive way. Life, for us, is about experiencing and embracing what’s already within — all the sensations and emotions that make us human — instead of chasing after fleeting external highs.

Embracing Individuality and the Spiritual Path

A big part of our journey has been learning to let go of societal expectations and discovering who we are at our core. The spiritual path, as we see it, isn’t something you can package or teach in a conventional sense. It’s an inner, deeply personal journey that asks us to surrender ego, illusions, and what we think we know, and to courageously look at our true nature. It’s not always easy — in fact, it’s rare — but we believe it’s the only way to become fully conscious, fully ourselves.

    Sustainability and Harmony with Nature

We often reflect on how the systems we live in today — systems that prioritize growth and security at all costs — have led to so much destruction, from weapons of mass destruction to environmental collapse. What’s needed is a shift in perspective, a return to living in harmony with nature. We admire examples of this, like a woman we know who left the modeling world and joined a community living sustainably with an African tribe. This tribe moves with the animals, uses natural resources respectfully, and celebrates the life they take for food, showing a deep connection to the earth. It’s a stark contrast to life in places like Chicago, where convenience has replaced basic human skills like cooking, creating, and truly connecting with the world around us.

  • Human Design in Love: When a Manifesting Generator Meets a Projector
    2025/07/07

In this episode, we only shortly explore the dynamic between a Manifesting Generator and a Projector through the lens of Human Design, presence, and connection. We talk about the craving for attention, how it reflects our inner child, and the subtle ways we seek to be seen. We reflect on the conditioning from social media and movies that pushes us to frame life as a before/after story—missing the richness of what’s really unfolding. At the heart of it all is the reminder to stay present, to witness without needing to define, and to meet each moment fresh, beyond the stories we tell ourselves. At the end enjoy the storming and rainy night noises from the balcony 😊

  • Sex, Conditioning, and Freedom: How We Heal Through Conscious Connection
    2025/07/06

In this conversation, we shared how our view of sex and intimacy has shifted over time. Markus used to focus on the body, aesthetics, and physical pleasure—always chasing more, which eventually felt empty and mechanical. The more he sought sensation, the less satisfying it became.

What I’ve come to see is that real connection in sex isn’t about performance or looks. It’s about presence, energy, and being truly open with your partner. When we let go of expectations and relax, we can move beyond the mechanical and experience something deeper—a true merging of energies, where we fully relate on every level.

We also touched on how societal conditioning and porn shape unhealthy patterns, teaching us to focus on pleasure and performance instead of real intimacy. But what many of us truly long for is that deeper, more authentic connection—where sex becomes a dance of energies, not just a physical act.

  • Feeding Body and Soul: Why Conscious Choices Matter for Us and the Planet
    2025/07/05

In our chat, I shared how I’ve come to see the way food obsession and societal conditioning shape my life. Moving away from strict diets and rules around eating has given me a real sense of freedom and a better connection to what my body actually needs. We talked about how modern food practices—focused on profit and convenience—often lack love and mindfulness, which harms both our health and the environment.

We also discussed broader issues in society and business—like greed, imbalance, and environmental destruction—and how real change has to start with collective consciousness. When we realize we’re all connected to nature and each other, it becomes easier to envision systems that serve life and well-being, not just profit. Ultimately, I believe that shifting our awareness and purpose is key to creating a better, more sustainable world.

  • Yoga, Resistance, and the Mind
    2025/07/04

In this episode, Markus and I talk about our personal experiences with Sadhana/ yoga—what it was really like when we started, and all the mental tricks and resistance we had to face. We share how things like practicing on an empty stomach, committing to long sessions (sometimes up to four hours!), and sticking to daily routines brought up restlessness, resistance, and triggering thoughts.

We reflect on how our minds would constantly try to distract us—making excuses, wanting to cut the practice short, or judging ourselves for not doing things “perfectly.” But through it all, we started to see how yoga isn’t just about the physical practice. It’s about witnessing the mind, letting go of identification with thoughts, and learning to simply be with ourselves—without needing constant entertainment or distraction.

It’s a raw and honest conversation about what happens when you give yourself the space to just be. Can you see yourself in this conversation too?

  • “Why Are We Alive?” And Other Questions That Don’t Serve Us
    2025/07/03

In this deeply reflective and authentic conversation, we explore how the questions we ask can either open doors or trap us in cycles of confusion and unhappiness. Why are we alive? What’s it all for? Sometimes, these are the wrong questions—ones that pull us toward anxiety or depression rather than growth.

Through personal stories—from childhood struggles with violence to powerful moments of standing up for a friend—we unpack how facing discomfort head-on helps us grow. It’s not about having all the answers, but about the courage to just look at it—our thoughts, feelings, and reactions—without judgment.

We also dive into reclaiming authority over our own lives: listening to our bodies, trusting our intuition, and moving beyond handing our power over to doctors, coaches, or experts. This is an invitation to connect, reflect, and rediscover what it means to be your own guide.

✨ No expectations. No quick fixes. Just presence, honesty, and the freedom to look within.
