Host Kristen O’Meara is passionate about sharing her insights and spiritual practices from over a decade of journeying within to grieve, create change, heal, and develop a relationship with the Divine. Kristen holds an MA in counseling psychology and has worked in nonprofit mental health and education for many years. She has advanced certifications in mindfulness, intuitive development, hands-on healing, and clairvoyance. Kristen takes deep dives into relevant topics with special guests and offers channeled messages from Spirit to inspire you to trust yourself, your life, and to live with an open heart.
