Hackajob matches candidates with tech jobs in the UK, USA, and India. Candidates do not apply to jobs but, instead, the employer applies to the candidates. The employer describes the role, the AI lists matches, the employer requests interviews, and the candidates choose whether to accept them. When they do, the employer pays. In today's episode, our cohosts, Peter M. Before we even started to speak with Shauna, our cohosts, Peter M. Zollman of AIM Group (Marketplaces / Classifieds) and Steven Rothberg of College Recruiter job search site, mentioned that last week's guest was another founder, Jeff Taylor (founder of Monster); Steven will discuss USA diversity and other hiring issues on Hung Lee's Recruiting Brainfood on March 21st; and Peter will at RecBuzz in Vienna on April 8th and 9th. Diversity means very different things in different markets. In the U.S., it has been far more about legal compliance than in Canada and some other markets.
